Thousands of scattered records. One targeted list worth calling.

We gather public records and filings, filter them to the companies that fit, check who to reach, and keep the list current in your CRM.

For anyone who sells to a defined set of businesses: contractors, fleets, banks, property owners, listed companies.

Starts with a $3,000 map of where your market is documented · first live delivery in 4 to 6 weeks · the data and the code are yours

One example market: listed companies. Yours might be contractors, fleets or banks.

  1. Every filing, from every company.

435,000+ SEC filings from every company on a major US exchange, with the new ones picked up every morning.

  2. 3,382 companies. One square each.

Every filing is tied to the company that made it. This is the whole market, drawn to scale.

  3. 2,175 don't fit. 1,207 do.

Filtered by market cap, recent filings and whether they're raising capital. Every company that's out has a stated reason.

  4. 100 ready to call.

Who to reach, a phone number that's been checked, and a short brief on what's happening at the company.

  5. One sheet per company, every morning.

Why them, why now, who to call, and what changed since yesterday. In your CRM before your team starts calling.

A list you bought can’t tell you what it left out.

  • Your best filter returns a few hundred companies. You know the market is thousands.
  • Two teams keep private spreadsheets because nobody trusts the CRM.
  • The same company is in there three times, under three spellings.
  • Nobody can say where a number came from, or when anyone last checked it.

Listed, before your criteria. A build narrows this to the ones worth calling.

A federal record tells you who and how big. It doesn't tell you who to call first, or whether a number still works. That's the part we add and check.

Same company?

Merge two companies and a rep calls the wrong owner. Split one and two reps call the same person. Try three real pairs from Washington’s contractor records. The state’s business number has the answer.

Right company. Now the right person.

We pull contacts from many sources, one after another, until we have them. Then we keep checking after a provider calls a number verified. In our testing, about 6 in every 100 of those numbers belonged to someone else.

Every item on your list can tell you where it came from, and what day.

From a description of who you sell to, to a list that keeps itself current.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Map

We find where your market is documented, what each source publishes, and what its terms allow. You see real rows and a fixed quote.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Build

We connect each source, starting with your most valuable segment. Records matched across sources, on more than a name.

  3. By week 6

    Live

The first scored list lands in your CRM, with the reason each company is on it.

  4. Every morning

    Run

It wakes up, reads what changed, and reports what's new. If a source breaks, the run stops before bad rows reach you.

Things break. You should hear it from us first.

The first step produces something. It can also say no.

  1. Find my market and a 30-minute call

    Free

Real records for a market above, and a straight answer from Chris Putnam, our founder, on whether yours is worth mapping.

  2. Source Map

    $3,000

A written map of every source that documents your market, what each publishes, real sample rows, and a fixed quote, or a plain “don’t build this”. Credited to a build signed within 60 days.

  3. Build

    From $15,000

One source, scored and delivered. From $25,000 for several sources joined into one list.

  4. Run

    From $2,000 a month

We monitor it, repair it when a source changes, and report on every refresh.

A build costs more with more sources, messier sources, harder matching, more frequent refreshes or a harder place to land the list.

Three ways a Source Map can end.

  • Build it. The quote becomes the project.
  • Start smaller. One segment, one region or one source first.
  • Stop. Sometimes the records aren't there. You keep the map.

The data, the accounts and the code are yours.

Running it is a separate monthly arrangement, set out in your quote.

What we won’t do

  • Collect from behind a login you aren't licensed to use, or defeat a site's protections.
  • Promise a refresh rate a source can't support.
  • Resell your data or reuse it for another client.
  • Contact your prospects. Every call and email is your team's.

Your company

  • Your data
  • Your accounts
  • Your code

Our monthly running, outside the line

A public record isn’t permission to call. We flag what we find, and the decision stays with you.

Questions

What buyers ask first.

We don't have any data. Where do you start?

With the Source Map. We find where your market is documented, pull real rows and tell you what's usable. All you send is a description of who you sell to.

What if the records don't exist?

Then the map says so, with what we checked. We'd rather tell you before the build than after it.

Isn't this just scraping?

Collecting is the easy half. The work is matching records that were never meant to be joined, and knowing when a match can be trusted. A loose match makes a confident, wrong account that nothing downstream will flag.

Do you get phone numbers and emails?

Yes, from licensed providers and from what records publish. Then we check them, because providers are often wrong. We flag Do Not Call and litigator matches on every number. A public record isn't permission to call, and what you do with the flags is up to you and your counsel.

Which CRM do you deliver into?

Tell us what you run on the first call and we'll give you a straight answer on whether we can write into it.

How long until the first delivery?

Four to six weeks for a first live list on one segment.

Do we own it? Can we leave?

The data, the accounts and the code are yours. Running it is a separate monthly arrangement, set out in your quote.

Can we start small?

Yes. One segment, one region or one source. It's usually the best start.
