Conversion Funnels
You paid for the click. Find out where it went.
We fill in your form like a real buyer, and your toughest competitor’s, then send you every reply, timed, within 10 days. Free, and yours to keep.
The ad did its job. Then the path lost them.
Six places a paid-for lead goes missing. Count yours.
Ad
The ad promised one thing. The page says another.
We build: One message from the ad to the page to the form.
Page
The page is slow, vague, or buries the offer.
We build: One page per offer, with one clear promise and one next step.
Form
The form asks for nine things.
We build: The shortest form that still qualifies. The rest is asked after they book.
CRM
The lead lands in a shared inbox nobody owns.
We build: A named owner for every lead, routed in seconds.
Follow-up
Friday night’s form gets a reply on Monday.
We build: An instant reply with times to pick, then email, text and a call, in your voice.
Call
They book, then don’t show up.
We build: Reminders, a reason to show up, and a way back when they miss it.

A sample of the full report, from a made-up company, Northgate Supply, against a made-up competitor. Yours comes from your own form, in your name.
A real person fills in your form, then logs every email, text, call and voicemail for a week. The same person does the same at your competitor’s, at the same minute.

Reply within minutes, with two times to pick.

- Every lead routed to a named person in seconds.
- A call within five minutes during working hours.
Each step can be done in-house. The report says how.
How we sized it, on Northgate’s numbers - 120 leads a month
- 72 answered after an hour (60%)
- +7.2 booked, at 10 more in every 100
- +1.44 customers, at 20% won
× $8,000 a customer × 12 months$138,240 a year
Your numbers replace these.
- Your CRM. Its stages, and who owns each lead inside it.
- Your close rate and deal values. The sizing uses your own once you share them.
- Your other sources. One shop is one path; the report says which one.

Build
From $15,000, fixed
We build or fix the stages the report found, in your accounts, at a price agreed before we start. Usually three to six weeks.
Run
From $5,000 a month
We watch the numbers, test, and tune the follow-up. Month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
What moves the price: how many stages we touch, the systems we connect, your lead volume, whether phone follow-up is part of it, and who makes the changes. Software, ad spend, texting and calling costs are paid by you, directly, in your name.
For your finance team.
What you own, how every number is measured, and how texts and calls are handled.
01
What you own
Everything we build is handed over to you. Nothing stops if we do.
- CRM and pipelineIn your name from day one
- Email and text accounts, sending numbersIn your name; you pay the vendors
- Phone numbers and call recordingsYours
- Consent records and suppression listsYours, in your systems
- Pages, forms and codeYours on final payment
- Flows, templates, scripts and the test logYours
02
How every number is measured
From your own systems, against the numbers recorded before the build, in the same window.
- From your own systems, with the period and the comparison beside it.
- Against the starting numbers recorded before the build.
- From the ad to the booked call and the sale. Platform figures are labelled as the platform’s own.
- Where volume allows, against a group that didn’t get the new follow-up.
- Tests that lose are reported too.
Every number carries one of three labels
- Measured Counted in your own systems.
- Estimated Worked out from measured numbers, with the method shown.
- Directional A sign, not a result. Never added to the totals.
03
Texts, emails and calls
Built into every path, and approved by your counsel before anything goes live.
- A separate, unticked opt-in for email and for text.
- An opt-out that works on the first reply, across every channel.
- Sending and call windows set by the buyer’s time zone.
- Registered sender numbers and suppression lists.
- A consent log in your systems.
We’re a marketing agency, not a law firm. Your counsel approves the opt-in wording and calling practices before anything goes live.
Who it’s for, and who it isn’t.
A good fit
- Leads already arrive, paid or not.
- A sales call or a booking comes after the form.
- You’re over $1 million in revenue.
- Someone on your side will act on what we find.
Not a fit
- You have almost no traffic yet.
- You want a guaranteed number before anyone has looked.
- You only want a new ad channel, or a redesign.
If the funnel isn’t what’s holding you back, the report says so.
Questions.
What does it cost in total?
The Secret Shop is free. A build is a fixed price from $15,000, agreed in writing before work starts. Running it is from $5,000 a month. Software, ad spend, texting and calling costs are paid by you, directly, in your name.
When does the report arrive?
Within 10 days of your request. We shop your funnel that week, then keep timing every reply for seven days, because slow follow-up is part of what the report measures.
What’s the catch with the free part?
We hope you hire us. The report is yours either way. Use it yourself, or hand it to another agency.
Will my team know it’s a test?
No, unless you tell them. That’s the point: you see what a real lead gets.
Will the competitor know?
The shopper fills in their form like any buyer. Your name isn’t mentioned.
How long is the contract?
The build is fixed. Running it is month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the CRM, the accounts and the data if we stop?
You do. They’re set up in your name from day one. Pages and code are yours on final payment.
Is there a guarantee?
No promise of a percentage. You see the report before you spend anything, the build is a fixed price, and the running is monthly, so you can stop if the numbers don’t move.
How do you measure it?
From your own systems, against the starting numbers the report records, in the same window. If a result is flat, the report says flat.
How do you handle texts and calls?
Separate opt-ins, a working opt-out, sending and call windows by time zone, and a consent log in your systems. Your counsel approves the wording before anything goes live.
Can our own team run it after the build?
Yes. You own it, it’s documented, and running it with us is optional.
Do you work with listed companies and regulated industries?
Yes. We design to your rules and document them with you.
Send in the shoppers.
Your funnel and a competitor’s, shopped this week. Your report within 10 days. Free.
P.S. If the report shows your funnel is fine, I’ll say so. That’s worth knowing before you spend more on ads.Chris Putnam, founder
